Data deletion

You can remove Painel Social's access and delete your data at any time.

1. Remove access

• Google / YouTube: go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, select Painel Social, and click Remove access.
• Facebook / Instagram: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → select Painel Social → Remove.

Once access is removed we can no longer collect any data.

2. Delete the data already collected

Email nathalia@every.is with the subject "Data deletion request" and the name of your channel, Page or Instagram account. We delete all stored metrics and tokens for that account within 30 days and confirm by email. If your agency removes the connection in Painel Social, the data is deleted immediately.
